Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. The world is your oyster.  This pricing option is not available if California is in Purple tier Covid-19 status.

The program is designed to help you get started and go all in on your health! It includes: -1 30 min one on one session each week -3 group classes each week -Nutrition plan to follow -Weekly Body Fat measurement and weigh in -Goal setting with your coach -Weekly homework for you to complete outside the gym The program will start with an initial 30 min phone consultation to go over your habits, work/life balance, sleep and nutrition. During the consult we will schedule your workouts for the week plan your nutrition and set up your first personal training session. These personal training sessions are focused on learning the most common movements you will see in group classes as well as assess you for any potential injuries and give you the tools you will need to avoid them. Each week you will meet with your coach to plan your week of workouts as well as go over your nutrition, lifestyle habits and continue to level up your workouts. There is no requirement for how many weeks to complete but we recommend 4-6 weeks to set up new habits! The goal is to have you feeling invincible and ready to take on crushing your goals with confidence and comfort.
