CrossFit & Sweat WODs Thurs Feb 27th 2020

A special Valentines day contest for our couples! Put your names and the date in the sparkly envelope at the front desk every time you workout together. Every workout together is an entry and increases your chances of winning. Remember if your person doesn’t work out here, they can always try 2 classes for free!

CrossFit:

A.) Hang Power Clean 
Every 90sec. x 12 Rounds: (18min. total)
3 Hang Power Cleans
4 Front Squats
5 Burpees
*Climbing! Score is the weight of your last round as long as you finish the burpees 😉 This is going to be a FUN one! You may climb a little each round OR climb whenever you feel.
B.) 10min. AMRAP:
7 Toes-To-Bar
21 Russian KB Swings 70/53lb
7 Toes-To-Bar
21 Sit-Ups (Feet Anchored on KB)

Little heaving breathing on part 1 and now it’s time for a little sexy. Even laughing may hurt a little for the rest of the day after this one 😉

Cool Down:

2 min easy cardio

at least 1 min each side
Spend 1-2 min here too

Sweat:

On a running clock complete each section working 3min on then 1min. of rest until finished

No rest between sections. It’s 3min of work x 1min of rest until you’re done. As soon as that 3min. Mark hits you have to rest so treat them as little sprints. Can you finish it?
