Today is a very special day. Today we memorialize and remember the lives of many that were lost in the 9/11 attack in 2001 AND the 13 U.S. service members killed recently in Kabul. All of these numbers serve a very significant purpose. I will explain each of them below:

– 2,996 people were killed in the attack on 9/11

– 13 people soldiers were recently killed in Kabul (Nine of which were based at Camp Pendleton and one was even a Chalk member)

– 3009 were killed total between both dates

– 3009 converted to seconds is 50min.

So here’s the workout:

We have a 30 Round workout today with the “7” switching back and forth between Assault Bike and Wall Balls. So it looks like a lot more written out than it actually is. However, this is going to be grinder! Don’t let those small numbers fool you! They start to add up quick!

*Switch legs whenever you like.
*Use a chair, bench, box, or anything equivalent that is 20″ off the ground.
*Use a medium effort weight. 35/20s should be good. If you only have heavier, than just use 1 DB and toss it on you shoulder.
